Closed Loop Dispensing System

With safety issues around chemical handling being an issue in some workplaces, Advance Chemicals has created a range to limit exposure. By using a ‘Closed Loop System’, where a chemical bottle is connected to and dispensed through a pump, there is a reduced risk to workers. The bottles have a special insert in the top, which stops leakages, then connects to a special cap on the dispensing tube. By doing so, the system becomes a ‘Closed Loop’, without worrying about dripping or knocking an open bottle open. The Closed Loop Systems we have designed products for are in the Laundry and Kitchen areas, where quick and effortless changeover is key for a faster paced environment. Child cares, aged cares and hospitality industries would often benefit from the Closed Loop System.

Kitchen Closed Loop Systems

Advance Chemicals supplies three products for the kitchen area that suit the Closed Loop System (CLS). Each help in a key aspect of the washing process for washing up afterwards.

Dish Master LC1562 – A chlorinated machine dish washing detergent. This product fits a dispensing system, which can run right into the dish washing machine to clean and sanitise dishes. This product is sold in the CLS as a carton of 3*5L bottles.

Rinse Master LN1563 – A concentrated rinsing agent for dish washing machines. This product partners perfectly with the Dish Master LC1562, to provide a great clean and leave the dishes spot-free. This product is sold in the CLS as a carton of 3*5L bottles.

Sink Master LN1564 – A concentrated sink detergent. This runs through a hand-pump dispenser that can be attached above the sink, with a tube that can run to the bottle stored away safely. This product is sold in the CLS as a carton of 3*5L bottles.

Laundry Closed Loop Systems

Advance Chemicals also supply a range for the laundry areas, which can be setup to run through a four-stage dispenser.

Adwash LF LB1739 – A low-foaming, machine washing detergent designed for commercial machines. This product is sold in the CLS as a carton of 3*5L bottles.

Adduo LA842 – A liquid fabric softener/sour for commercial machine washing. This product is sold in the CLS as a carton of 3*5L bottles.

Adbreak LC843 – A heavy duty liquid detergent, for heavily soiled loads. This product is sold in the CLS as a carton of 3*5L bottles.

Adchlor LB854 – A chlorinated bleach used for white cotton fabrics. This product is sold in the CLS as a carton of 3*5L bottles.

Adoxy LN844 – An oxygenated bleach, used for sanitising through a wash. This product is sold in the CLS as a 10L drum.

Assist LB1740 – A special builder product designed to be used with Adwash LF LB1739, to enhance the clean during the break cycle of a wash. This product is sold in the CLS as a carton of 3*5L bottles.

With this 4-stage dispenser, most will generally use the Adwash LF and Adduo, and run with Adchlor for a bleach.Some companies may prefer to use an oxygenated bleach like the Adoxy, but should only use the Assist, for ease of storage of chemicals in the one area.
