In some industries, there is a requirement (or necessity) for a dispensing system for soaps and cleaning chemicals. With this in mind, we have developed certain products to run through a special dispense with fitted pouches. Some pouches are designed to dispense a liquid, while others have been optimised as a foaming soap for a more economical product for our customers. These products have been designed with the Brightwell pouch dispenser system in mind.
We product some products (see below) in liquid pouch systems, for quick and easy change over without worrying about having to pour from larger bottles to refill dispensers. With the pouch systems, it also eliminates the hassle of washing out the containers inside when they build up. Once empty, the pouch is easy to remove, then the new one inserted in it’s place. Each push on the dispenser gives a measured amount of product needed for effective hand washing.
Our products available in the liquid soap pouch dispenser range are:
3 in 1 Body Wash LN1575BW – a liquid hand, hair and body wash. (Purchased in a carton of 4*800mL pouches)
Sani Hands BW LS1560 – a free-rinsing, thickened sanitising soap. (Purchased in a carton of 4*800mL pouches)
Citrasoft LN889 – a gritty hand cleaner for dirty or greasy hands. (Purchased in a carton of 3*2L pouches)
With the same look as our liquid soap pouch dispensers, we have designed a couple of products to give a foaming output. The key part of the foaming product is that it becomes much more economical than their liquid versions. By blending the product with air, each measured dose gives a perfect amount for washing your hands. Each of these foam pouches should give about 1300 doses, unlike an equivalent of 320 from a traditional liquid dispenser.

Brightwell chemical dispenser
With the Brightwell systems being very popular in hospitality and care facilities, Advance Chemicals branched out further to include a concentrated product to be used as a general hard surface cleaner. The dispenser does not need to be plumbed, and can be used to dose a correct amount of product in a bottle or bucket, that can be then filled at any water tap on site. This concentrated dosing product allows for less wastage than ordering bulk-sized drums, which can be more difficult to store or dispose of.
