A change to our factory outlet hours
Following some recent changes on site, Advance Chemicals has made the difficult decision to reduce the opening hours of our factory outlet for walk-in sales.
New outlet hours: 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday
We know this shorter window won’t suit everyone, particularly local businesses who rely on being able to drop in. If that’s you, please get in touch about placing orders by phone or email for click-and-collect.
Our office and dispatch hours remain unchanged at 7:30am to 3:30pm, so click-and-collect orders can still be picked up across a much wider window. This will also apply over our end of year closure period, when the outlet itself will be affected, so we’d encourage customers to make use of click-and-collect where they can.
You can also purchase online and select local pickup at checkout. Orders placed this way can be collected any time between 7:30am and 3:30pm, well outside our new outlet trading hours, so there’s no need to work around the 9am to 2pm window.
To the customers who have walked through our doors over many years: thank you. Your support is a big part of how we’ve grown into the company we are today, and we’re committed to making this transition as easy as possible for you.
